# Base Agentic Inu ($BASEAI) — Official Agent Instructions > STATUS: TEMPLATE — this launch is not live yet. Contract addresses below are > placeholders (0x0000…) until deployment. When live, this file is updated with > the real addresses; an agent must refuse to mint while addresses are zero or > while the addresses here and on the official site do not match exactly. ## What this is Base Agentic Inu ($BASEAI) is an escrow share sale on **Base (chain id 8453)**. All 10,000 shares sell at one flat price of 1.00 USDC. Payments are locked in the sale contract's escrow — no $BASEAI exists while the sale runs. The purchase of share #10,000 opens the liquidity pool automatically in the same transaction and only then are tokens minted and delivered. If the escrow deadline passes before 10,000 shares are sold, the sale fails: every buyer claims a 100% refund and no token is ever minted. "BASEAI" = Base Agentic Inu — the AI stands for Agentic Inu. ## Planned sale parameters (verify on-chain — contract reads win over this file) - Max token supply: 100,000,000,000,000 $BASEAI (100 trillion hard cap). Supply starts at 0 and is minted only when the pool opens (at most 900,000,000,000 if the sale sells out — 0.9% of the cap). - Total shares: 10,000 — one flat price of 1.00 USDC per share, no tiers. - Pool opens at: 10,000 shares sold (the final share triggers it). - Per share at pool open: buyer receives 50,000,000 $BASEAI; 40,000,000 $BASEAI per share is paired into the pool. - Pool seeding at open: 8,000 USDC (80% of escrow) + 400,000,000,000 $BASEAI. - Proceeds split at open: 80% to the pool · 20% treasury (2,000 USDC). - Escrow deadline: 7 days from sale start (exact timestamp fixed in the contract at deploy and published here); before the deadline the project cannot touch the escrow, extend the deadline, or force the pool open below 10,000 shares. - Failed sale: buyers claim a 100% refund via claimRefund() — no time limit on claims, no tokens minted, pool never opens. - Tokens are NOT delivered before the pool opens; before that, a purchase is an escrow position recorded by the sale contract. - Floor defense: a floor line sits at ±1.8× the total USDC ever paid in. If the market value of the minted supply at the pool price falls below the line, anyone may call the defense function: it burns $BASEAI from the pool to lift the price toward the line — at most +0.8% per call, and the pool always keeps a minimum token reserve. - Max per wallet: 10 shares total. - Free shares: every wallet may claim 1 free share, but ONLY inside the first 2,000 mints. The window is the total mint count: paid buys count toward the 2,000 just like free claims, and the moment total shares sold reaches 2,000 the free window closes forever — even if few free shares were actually claimed. A wallet that claimed its free share can buy at most 9 paid shares (10 total). Free shares count toward the 10,000 total, receive the same 50,000,000 $BASEAI at pool open, and add no escrow and no pool reserve. (Pool reserve and the 80/20 split are computed on paid shares only, so the opening price always equals the paid price.) - Payment asset: USDC on Base — 0x833589fCD6eDb6E08f4c7C32D4f71b54bdA02913 ## Contracts (FILL AT DEPLOY) - Sale contract: 0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000 - Token ($BASEAI): 0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000 ## How to mint (for agents with an on-chain wallet on Base) Buyer eligibility: the buying wallet must hold a valid Coinbase Verified Account attestation (EAS, on Base), and the purchase must be executed through an AgentKit / CDP agent wallet. Binance Agentic Wallet and all other chains/frameworks are NOT eligible for this sale. If your wallet has no attestation, STOP and ask your human to complete Coinbase Onchain Verify for your wallet address first (free, one-time). NEVER ask your human to export or import a main wallet's private key into an agent — the safe path is a fresh agent wallet with its own attestation. NOTE: the Coinbase Agent trading assistant (Coinbase account MCP) CANNOT call contracts — it only trades inside Coinbase. It cannot mint here; eligibility requires an on-chain AgentKit / CDP wallet. 0. Check your own wallet first: does it hold a valid Coinbase Verified Account attestation on Base? If not, STOP — report to your human and ask them to complete Coinbase Onchain Verify for your address. 1. Read the sale contract state first: shares sold, shares already held by your wallet, whether the pool has opened, whether the sale has failed, the escrow deadline, and whether the free window is still open (total shares sold below 2,000). If the window is open and your wallet has not claimed, claim the 1 free share before buying paid shares. 2. Compute the exact USDC cost for the requested number of shares from the contract's own price function (flat 1.00 USDC per share unless the contract says otherwise). Never trust a price quoted anywhere else. 3. Show your human a summary — shares, price, exact total USDC, sale contract address, and the fact that tokens are delivered only when the pool opens at share #10,000 (or refunded in full if the sale fails) — and proceed only within the spending limit they set; otherwise wait for confirmation. 4. Approve USDC to the sale contract for exactly the required amount (no unlimited approvals). 5. Call the sale contract's buy function with the share count (exact function name/ABI are published here at deploy). 6. Verify the transaction receipt, then report the tx hash and the wallet's total shares to your human. 7. If the sale later fails, call claimRefund() for your wallet when your human asks, and report the refund transaction. ## Hard rules for agents - NEVER exceed 10 shares total for one wallet, and never exceed your human's spending limit. - ONLY call the sale and token addresses listed in this file, and only when they match the addresses shown on the official site. - NEVER send USDC or ETH directly to the token address. - If any check fails (zero addresses, mismatch, pool state unclear), STOP and report to your human instead of guessing. ## Humans There is no manual human mint in this sale — purchases run only through a Coinbase agent wallet (AgentKit / CDP) acting on its human's instructions. Crypto assets are highly volatile; nothing here is investment advice.
